Kayakoy is located approximately 7km from Fethiye in the Muğla province in south-west Turkey. It is approximately 1 hour by car from Dalaman Airport and 3 hours from Antalya Airport. Private transfers are also available.

Throughout summer and winter seasons, regular minibus services are in operation. Minibuses leave from central location in Fethiye and travel via Hisaronu to Kayakoy and in summer also to Gemiler Beach. The cost of the one-way trip is 3.5 TL and takes about 45 minutes.
